Acumen Trust will never manufacture organizational claims. Every answer generated by our AI reasoning engine is bound strictly to human-approved evidence documents uploaded to your tenant storage vault.
1. Multi-Tenant Vault Isolation
All customer evidence documents, vector embeddings, and standard answer libraries are logically and cryptographically isolated per organization tenant ID. No customer data or embeddings are accessible across tenant boundaries.
2. Model Training Non-Use Guarantee
Acumen Intelligence LLC strictly prohibits the use of customer evidence, uploaded questionnaires, or generated responses to train, fine-tune, or improve public AI models (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic models).
3. Encryption & Storage Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption within Cloudflare R2 storage buckets and Google Cloud AlloyDB. Access keys and tokens are stored in secure environment vaults.
4. Privacy-Safe Telemetry Log
System audit logs automatically sanitize confidential data. Raw payload contents, passwords, and sensitive evidence text are stripped before persisting telemetry records.
