Acumen Trust — Security Questionnaire Response Assistant

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Acumen Trust ("the Service"), operated by Acumen Intelligence LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable security regulations.

2. Free Trial & SaaS Subscriptions

Acumen Trust offers a 14-day free trial. Following the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing date.

3. Customer Ownership & License

You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to your uploaded evidence documents, policies, and completed questionnaires. You grant Acumen Trust a limited license solely to process and display your content to deliver the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal, defamatory, or malicious content, attempt to reverse engineer AI reasoning engines, or bypass multi-tenant security boundaries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Acumen Trust facilitates grounded AI reasoning for security responses. Customers remain responsible for verifying and authorizing all final questionnaire submissions prior to sending them to external auditors or buyers.
